All I want for Christmas is a better backhand

For the Millennium Estoril Open Christmas giveaway campaign, I was responsible for developing the full visual direction for the tournament’s social media advent calendar. The concept transformed the traditional holiday countdown into an interactive digital experience, where each day revealed a new carousel post featuring one of the tournament’s players alongside a corresponding prize giveaway.

The creative challenge was to merge the energy and prestige of the tournament with a playful and approach. To achieve this, I designed the visuals inspired by collectible sticker books, creating compositions that resembled stickers users could “collect” throughout the campaign. This nostalgic reference brought a sense of fun, while making the content recognizable within the fast-paced social media environment.

The result was a campaign that combined sports culture and social-first design, encouraging audiences to return daily and interact with the tournament throughout the advent calendar experience.
